Our Machine
We use the HAAS UMC 500
With the HAAS UMC 500 we can cut or shape material in complex geometries that would be difficult or impossible with traditional 3-axis maxhines. Because the machine can move and rotate the part or tool in multiple directions, it can machine multiple sides of a part in one go, reducing the need to stop and reposition the workpiece. With fewer setups this means higher precision and faster production times.
